  • 0.19 pound Pork cutlet slices 3/8" thick each, gently pounded
  • As required Salt and pepper to season
  • 1/2 cup 8 slices white bread panko crumbs
  • 0.13 cup Flour
  • 3/4 Egg
  • As required Oil for frying
  • 0.08 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.06 cup Steak sauce i use heinz 57
  • 0.13 Apple chopped
  • 0.13 Small onion chopped
  • 1 ounce Crushed pineapple and their juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Corn syrup
