  • 4 pork loin chops
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Make small cuts on the pork with the help of a knife.
  • STEP 1.Sprinkle salt and pepper, and coat well.
  • STEP 2.Coat the pork with flour, dip in eggs and then cover with bread crumbs.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil for deep frying
  • STEP 1.Fry the coated pork.
  • STEP 1.Fry until golden brown and until the meat floats on the oil.
  • STEP 1.Take the meat out and let it cool.

Storage And Serving Method

  • STEP 1.Cut into 5 pieces, and then serve.
