Make small cuts on the pork with the help of knife
Sprinkle salt and pepper , coat well
Coat the pork with flour, dips in eggs and then cover with bread crumbs
Heat oil for deep frying
Fry the coated pork
Fry until golden brown and the meat floats on the oil
Take the meat out and let it cool
Cut into 5 pieces , then serve
