  • 1/5 pound pork, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 15 about cm Gobo
  • 5 about cm Daikon
  • 1/2 block of Konnyaku
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 C Dashi
  • 3 tablespoon Miso Paste

Directions: Tonjiru Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1- cut the pork and other vegetables

step 2

  • STEP 2.1- in apot boil the dashi

step 3

  • STEP 3.2- add the vegetables and cook until they are tender

step 4

  • STEP 4.3- lower the heat and add the meat , cook until the meat changes clor

step 5

  • STEP 5.4- add miso past and green onions , serve
