How to Make Tomato Soup Recipe

STEP 01
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and add onions and a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add capsicum and garlic and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 40 minutes and mix.
STEP 02
Stir the tomatoes and 700ml water cook for 25 minutes. Add the cumin, sugar, 1 ½ tsp of the paprika and salt combine well.
STEP 03
Break eggs in a cup then pour in the soup and cover and simmer gently for 3 minutes for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 04
Now divide the cooked eggs and soup in bowls. Sprinkle paprika and serve with bread.
