Ingredients for tomato sauce Recipe

  • As required kg tomatoes(red and ripen)
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 0.13 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Rock salt
  • 0.06 tsp garam masala
  • 0.03 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Sodium benzoate
  • 0.13 tsp Acetic acid

Directions: Tomato Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roughly cut tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.Boil in pressure cooker till 1 whistle
  • STEP 3.Cool it.
  • STEP 4.Make puree and strain it.
  • STEP 5.Boil again and add all spices with sugar.
  • STEP 6.Cook till puree becomee thick.
  • STEP 7.Cool it.
  • STEP 8.Add sodium benzoate and acetic acid.
  • STEP 9.Store in glass jars.
