  • STEP 1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut��� until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 5.Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan.

  • STEP 8.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
