Ingredients for Tomato rice Recipe

  • 1.50 cups Cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup Crushed tomato
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 g reen chilly
  • 0.38 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • to taste Salt
  • Handful Corriander leaves
  • A Stalk Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1.50 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1 Pieces Red chilly
  • 10 g Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp arlic

Directions: Tomato Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan put oil and ghee.
  • STEP 2.Put mustard.when it crackles add chana dal,urad dal,and red chilly and curry leaves .
  • STEP 3.Put the chopped onion and saute. Now add garlic chopped,green chilly chopped..Add the crushed tomatoes and salt and saute till oil separates. Add the tomato puree and cook. Add the chilly powder and cook. Now add the cooked rice and mix nicely.cover and cook on low flame for five mts. Stir in between.. Sprinkle corriander leaves.
