  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 No.s jalape peppers depending on heat level
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Tomato Molcajete Salsa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add olive oil in a pan.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add the tomatoes, garlic, onions and peppers.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Cook for 3 mins and let it cool.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add in a pan and mash until its smooth.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add the jalapenos, mash until smooth or until desired texture.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add onion, mash slightly.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Add one tomato at a time.

step 8

  • STEP 2.Press down slowly on the tomato to release juices, then continue mashing.

step 9

  • STEP 3.Add the second tomato and continue mashing.

step 10

  • STEP 4.With a spoon, mix to combine all the ingredients.
