  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Carrots, Diced

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil and brown the lamb on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pot, saut��� onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
  • STEP 3.Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs. Cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 4.Return the lamb to the pot and add white beans and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours or until the lamb is tender.
