Ingredients for Tomato Kurma Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut
  • 3 No.s Tomato
  • 2 No.s Green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon Fennel
  • 2.50 cup Water
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 No.s Bay leaf
  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 3/4 cup Shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • As required Few Curry leaves

Directions: Tomato Kurma Recipe

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Grind and make a paste of coconut, green chilli,1 tbsp fennel seeds, crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped the shallots.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add 3 tbsp oil to a cooking pot and heat it and add 1 tbsp fennel seeds bay leaves, cardamom and garlic cloves.
  • STEP 2.Add shallots and saute it well, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, tomatoes, salt and saute it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add 2 cup water, coconut paste and cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves to it.
