- 1/2 cup Fresh coconut
- 3 No.s Tomato
- 2 No.s Green chilli
- 2 tablespoon Fennel
- 2.50 cup Water
- 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1 No.s Bay leaf
- 2 Green cardamom
- 3/4 cup Shallot
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric

How to Make Tomato Kurma Recipe
Steps To Prepare
STEP 01
Grind and make a paste of coconut, green chilli,1 tbsp fennel seeds, crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped the shallots.
Cooking Directions
STEP 01
Add 3 tbsp oil to a cooking pot and heat it and add 1 tbsp fennel seeds bay leaves, cardamom and garlic cloves.
STEP 02
Add shallots and saute it well, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, tomatoes, salt and saute it for 5 minutes.
STEP 03
Add 2 cup water, coconut paste and cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves to it.
