  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 0.06 cup Jaggery, Grated
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes, dates, ginger, and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add jaggery, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the chutney thickens.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer the chutney to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
