Ingredients for Tomato Fusili Pasta Recipe

  • 1/2 cups fusili pasta
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatos
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Spring onion
  • 2 Pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Tomato Fusili Pasta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil 5 cups water in a large pan. When water starts boiling, add 1 teaspoon salt and pasta. Cook pasta as per package instructions.
  • STEP 2.Drain and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat a large skillet pan and add butter. When butter starts melting, add oil. Keep the heat on low or medium.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped garlic and sauté till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
  • STEP 5.Add onion and cook till onion turns pinkish.
  • STEP 6.Add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped spring onion and cook with lid covered till spring onion gets cooked.
  • STEP 8.Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Add cooked pasta and mix so that it is covered well with sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Switch off the heat.
