- 1/2 cup Besan
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 g Fresh grated coconut
- 1 g reen chillies
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 g Oil for frying

How to Make Tomato Fritters (tomato Na Bhajiya) Recipe
Slice the tomatoes. Meanwhile prepare coconut mixture by grinding together coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves together with just little water.
Apply the dry coconut chutney on one side of the slice.
Coat the tomatoes in the batter and deep fry on medium flame.
Remove them on tissue paper once fried.
Serve immediately. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and chopped red chilli.
