Ingredients for Tomato fritters (tomato na bhajiya) Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 g Fresh grated coconut
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g Oil for frying

Directions: Tomato Fritters (tomato Na Bhajiya) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slice the tomatoes. Meanwhile prepare coconut mixture by grinding together coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves together with just little water.
  • STEP 2.Apply the dry coconut chutney on one side of the slice.
  • STEP 3.Coat the tomatoes in the batter and deep fry on medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Remove them on tissue paper once fried.
  • STEP 5.Serve immediately. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and chopped red chilli.
