Ingredients for Tomato Egg Soup Recipe

  • 2 No.s Tomatoes
  • 2 stalks cilantro
  • 15 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 no. egg
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions: Tomato Egg Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop the cilantro and tomatoes finely. Take them in a bowl.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add the tomatoes in some boiling water and cover. Simmer it for 2-3 minutes

step 3

  • STEP 1.Starch mixture take 2 tbsp of starch and ½ cup water. Now add this to the soup.

step 4

  • STEP 1.When you see bubbles coming up add the beaten egg. Keep stirring. Turn off the heat.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add pepper powder and sesame oil only.  do not put any other spice. Garnish with cilantro.
