  • 100 gram Masoor dal
  • 30 gram Curry leaves
  • 250 gram Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 piece Dried red chilies
  • 2 gram Turmeric
  • 15 gram Salt
  • 55 gram Sugar
  • 15 gram Mustard oil

  • STEP 1.Wash and boil the dal with 550g water in a pressure cooker. Heat the pan and temper with dried red chillies, mustard seeds, tomatoes, curry leaves, turmeric and salt. Cook for 8 minutes. Add the cooked dal and mix well. Serve with rice.
