  • 0.80 Pieces Red tomatoes
  • 1/5 cup Mawa (khoya)
  • 1/10 cup Milk powder
  • 1/20 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/5 tsp Rose water
  • 1/5 tsp Melon seeds
  • 1/5 tsp Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 0.40 tbsp chopped nuts or dry fruits
  • to taste sugar according
  • as required Orange food color

Directions: Tomato Coconut Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.First collect all the ingredients. Cut the tomatoes and grind them finely in a mixer. And sieve them through a sieve.
  • STEP 2.Fry the mawa in a nonstick pan for 2 minutes and take it out in a plate. Now add ghee to the same pan and fry it by adding tomato puree. When the tomatoes become thick, then mix the sugar. If the tomato releases water after adding sugar, then the water dries up.
  • STEP 3.Then mix 1 cup coconut powder, milk powder, dry fruits, now add mawa, cardamom powder, rose water and mix well and fry till it becomes slightly thick.
  • STEP 4.When it cools down, make laddus out of it. Roll all the laddus in coconut powder and make a smooth consistency with your hands. Garnish with chopped pistachios. You can store these laddus in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
