How to Make Tomato Chutney Dosa Recipe
STEP 01
First soak urad dal and rice separately in vessels..
STEP 02
wash them nicely.
STEP 03
Soak for 4hours.
STEP 04
Grind raw rice into a semi smooth texture. Then add in the urad dal. Grind all together to make a smooth batter.
STEP 05
Transfer into a large vessel. Cover and keep it for fermentation.
STEP 06
Next take out some plain dosa batter in a vessel. Add in the prepared tomato chutney. Give a nice mix.
STEP 07
Next heat dosa tawa. Pour in laddle full of the tomato chutney batter. Spread into a circle.
STEP 08
Also spread dosa chutney...Let it dry, then brush oil. Let it get nicely roasted. Take out and serve...
