  • 0.33 Cup Urad dal
  • 0.67 Cup Rice
  • 0.33 Tsp Methi
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Tomato chutney

Directions: Tomato Chutney Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak urad dal and rice separately in vessels..
  • STEP 2.wash them nicely.
  • STEP 3.Soak for 4hours.
  • STEP 4.Grind raw rice into a semi smooth texture. Then add in the urad dal. Grind all together to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 5.Transfer into a large vessel. Cover and keep it for fermentation.
  • STEP 6.Next take out some plain dosa batter in a vessel. Add in the prepared tomato chutney. Give a nice mix.
  • STEP 7.Next heat dosa tawa. Pour in laddle full of the tomato chutney batter. Spread into a circle.
  • STEP 8.Also spread dosa chutney...Let it dry, then brush oil. Let it get nicely roasted. Take out and serve...
