  • 1.67 kg Tomato
  • 0.67 g 2-3 cloves G
  • 0.33 g 1 piece Ging
  • 1 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 1.67 Pieces Black pepper whole
  • 1.67 Pieces Button Red chili
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Vinegar
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Red chili powder

Directions: Tomato Catchup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash n Roughly chop tomatoes, add ginger garlic, Onion, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, black cardamom, black pepper, red chilli in it. Cover n cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Cool down, blend n strain them
  • STEP 3.Cook again with vinegar, sugar, salt, red chilli powder for 20-25 minutes or until thickens.
  • STEP 4.Keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks. Keep in freezer for 2-3 months, take out n keep on room temperature when it's needed.
