Ingredients for Tomato, carrot and beetroot soup Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 Pieces Carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces Beetroot
  • To Taste Small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Black salt

Directions: Tomato, Carrot And Beetroot Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, wash tomatoes, carrots and beetroot ginger and cut them into big pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil four cups of water in a pot on medium heat and add tomatoes, carrots, beetroot and ginger to it.
  • STEP 3.When it becomes soft and cooked well, then turn off the flame.
  • STEP 4.Take it out of the water and put it in cold water and then peel off the tomato.
  • STEP 5.After this grind everything well.
  • STEP 6.strain the pulp through a large sieve
  • STEP 7.Add water as required and once again turn off the gas after cooking on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Tomato, carrot and beetroot soup is ready. Mix butter, black salt and black pepper powder and serve in soup bowls.
