How to Make Tomato, Carrot And Beetroot Soup Recipe
STEP 01
First of all, wash tomatoes, carrots and beetroot ginger and cut them into big pieces.
STEP 02
Boil four cups of water in a pot on medium heat and add tomatoes, carrots, beetroot and ginger to it.
STEP 03
When it becomes soft and cooked well, then turn off the flame.
STEP 04
Take it out of the water and put it in cold water and then peel off the tomato.
STEP 05
After this grind everything well.
STEP 06
strain the pulp through a large sieve
STEP 07
Add water as required and once again turn off the gas after cooking on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
STEP 08
Tomato, carrot and beetroot soup is ready. Mix butter, black salt and black pepper powder and serve in soup bowls.
