  • 2 Ripe Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 Green Chilies

  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, grind coconut, green chilies, and tamarind to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Add the coconut paste to the cooked tomatoes and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with rice or roti.
