  • 0.13 tsp Cooking oil -
  • 0.13 tsp Mustard seeds -
  • 0.13 tsp Urad dal -
  • 12.50 grams Peanut -
  • 0-1/2 nos Curry leaves -
  • 1/4 nos Chooped onion -
  • 1/4 tsp Chopped ginger -
  • 0-1/4 nos chopped tomato
  • 12.50 grams Green peas -
  • 12.50 grams Chopped beans -
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder -
  • 0.13 tsp Salt -
  • 0.13 tsp Sugar -
  • 125 ml Water -
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee -
  • As required Chopped coriander
  • 2 nos Cashew

Directions: Tomato And Cashew Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preparation:-
  • STEP 2.Roast suji in a pan. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In a kadhai add cooking oil, mustard seeds and urad dal. Mix well. Add peanut's and mix well. Add curry leaves and chopped onion. Mix well add chopped ginger and chopped green chilli.mix well add tomato and mix well. Add green peas and chopped beans. Mix well add haldi powder,salt and sugar. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add water and mix well. Add ghee and roasted suji. Mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Garnish with chooped coriander.
