Ingredients for Tofu Tawa Masala Recipe

  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kasoori methi
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 0.13 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon almond paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1.50 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cream

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add almond flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, kasoori methi, salt, chat masala and coconut oil.
  • STEP 2.Mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Insert a toothpick in the tofu cube and coat the masala on it in order to marinate the tofu cubes.
  • STEP 4.Refrigerate it for 5 minutes to marinate.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger, green chillies and tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.Now add almond paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  • STEP 3.Add water, mix the ingredients and cook for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan take olive oil and cook the tofus till they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.In a plate take out some gravy and place the tofu cubes on top of it.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and your tofu tawa is ready!
