STEP 1.In a bowl add almond flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, kasoori methi, salt, chat masala and coconut oil.
STEP 2.Mix everything well.
STEP 3.Insert a toothpick in the tofu cube and coat the masala on it in order to marinate the tofu cubes.
STEP 4.Refrigerate it for 5 minutes to marinate.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger, green chillies and tomatoes.
STEP 2.Now add almond paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
STEP 3.Add water, mix the ingredients and cook for a few seconds.
STEP 4.In a separate pan take olive oil and cook the tofus till they turn golden brown.
STEP 5.In a plate take out some gravy and place the tofu cubes on top of it.
STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and your tofu tawa is ready!
