  • 1/4 large onion or 2 small ones, chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon cashew nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon canola or other vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black mustard seeds
  • 1/4 sprig curry leaves
  • 0.13 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon Jaggery

  • 0.06 cup coriander leaves, chopped
