  • STEP 1.In a shallow dish, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Slice tofu into 1/2-inch thick cutlets and place them in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a separate dish, combine breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 4.Remove tofu from the marinade and coat each cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture.
