How to Make Tofu Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Steps To Prepare
Crumble tofu into small chunks with a fork.
Add oil to a pan and heat it. Stir fry tofu chunks until golden brown.
Separately, in a pan, add oil and shallots and stir fry. Then add carrots, mushrooms and saute it until cooked.
Season with cumin powder, turmeric powder and sweet soy sauce.
Now add salt, sugar and black pepper.
If the dish is too dry then add 2 tbsp of water until gravy dried up.
Lastly, garnish with scallions and serve with fresh lettuce.
