  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 can Coconut Milk
  • 50 gram Firm Tofu, Cubed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Juice Lime
  • 50 gram Rice Noodles
  • as per your need Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, And Sliced Chili For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic, lemongrass, and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken and cook until browned. Stir in the curry paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 3.Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the tofu, fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
  • STEP 6.Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls and ladle the laksa soup over them.
