How to Make Tlacoyos Recipe

STEP 01

In large bowl,combine the masa harina and the salt. Add warm water and mix the dry ingredients with the water until it forms large masa dough

STEP 02

Mix the dry ingredients with the water until it forms large masa dough

STEP 03

With wet hands make a ball of dough. Pat out the dough and make it like a thick tortilla

STEP 04

Add 1tbsp of refried beans to the center of the masa in your hand. Fold the ends and make it look like taco

STEP 05

Heat the skillet. Place the tlacoyos on the griddle or skillet cook for 5 minutes and add your favorite toppings.
