Ingredients for Tiraditos Recipe

  • 120 gram white fish, as a chunk
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon aji amarillo chili paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
  • As required cilantro to decorate

  • STEP 1. add lime juice, lemon juice, aji amarillo, ginger, salt and garlic in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1. slice the fish into thin strips and add the sauce mix on top of it.
