An easy quick healthy dish prepared from tinde. Tinde ki sabzi is very easy to prepare and is an everyday side dish in summers in Indian homes. Generally tinde are made stuffed but this is another take on this vegetable. Apple gourd or Tinda is a water soluble vegetable which is rich in anti-oxidants and fiber. These light green round vegetables must in your diet if you want to stay healthy and fit.

Ingredients for Tinde Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 6-7 No.s Tinde
  • piece Cut tinde into big
  • 2 Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchoor powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • pinch asafoetida powder
  • 1 Maggi masala packet
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste

  • STEP 1.In a cooker add oil and then add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mango powder, water, maggi masala and salt. Saute and cook.
