STEP 1..First of all we will roast sesame seeds. When the sesame becomes cold, then lightly blend the jaggery and sesame in the jar in the mixer.
STEP 2.Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the khoya. Fry the khoya till it becomes golden. When the khoya is fried, mix the blended sesame and jaggery in it and turn off the gas. Mix everything on the closed gas. Now let it cool Let it cool down, apply ghee on your hands and make round balls out of the mixture
STEP 3.Now our til khoya laddoos are ready.
