STEP 1.1) Roast sesame and once its cooled make its rough powder. Don't make fine powder.
STEP 2.2) In a pan add ghee once it's melted add jaggery and water in it. Keep stirring mixture. After 5-6 minutes take one drop of mixture into cold water and test it if it's break easily, the mixture is ready else cook for another few minutes. Grease the roller and keep ready.
STEP 3.3) Now of the gas flame. Add sesame powder in this mixture and mix well. Now taking care , with help of hands make it in form of dough.
STEP 4.4) Now roll it into a big size roti. Cut into large parts and make its rolls. Do all this when the mixture is warm, because if it's cool down then it may break and difficult to roll then.
STEP 5.5) Sesame - Jaggery Rolls are ready.
