Ingredients for Til Gajak Recipe

  • 1/4 cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 50 gram Condensed milk

Directions: Til Gajak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. dry roast some sesame seeds in a pan for about a minute while stirring continuously. keep it aside to cool down for a while.

step 2

  • STEP 1.grind it in a blender to form a coarse powder. heat ghee in a pan and add sesame powder to it.

step 3

  • STEP 1. saute it till the color changes to light brown. add condensed milk to it, lower the flame and stir continuously.

step 4

  • STEP 1.cook it till it thickens and then spread it on a greased tray. let it cool and then cut it into small squares.
