#BPF I have made very easy, delicious and healthy recipe. it is Tiktok wrap.I have use leftover Roti.I made Spinach Quinoa patties. Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods. It contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains and is rich in magnesium. Homemade Cabbage Salad which is included with dryfruit and Mustard sauce dressing.

Ingredients for Tiktok Wrap Recipe

  • 0.19 Cup Quinoa
  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tbsp Garlic paste
  • 3/4 Tbsp Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp reen chillies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 0.13 Cup Zucchini ( Grated)
  • 1/4 Cups Spinach, chopped tough stems removed
  • 1/4 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 3/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Tbsp Roasted Besan
  • 1/4 Tsp Rock Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 0.06 Cup Fresh Coriander
  • 0.06 Cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 0.06 Cup Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green Coriander (Chopped)
  • 0.06 Cup Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 0.13 Cup Cabbage ( Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds (Roasted)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salted Peanut
  • 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Walnuts
  • 0.13 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.13 Tbsp Tsp Pizza Seasonin
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Olive oil
  • 0.19 Tsp Rock Salt (as needed)
  • 2 Pieces Leftover Roti
  • 1 Tbsp Pizza sauce

Directions: Tiktok Wrap Recipe

  • STEP 1.Spinach Quinoa Patties
  • STEP 2.Cook quinoa with 1 1/2 cups of water on low flame with lid on in a pan. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked completely. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan.Add garlic and Saute for 30 second.Add Onion, Green chillies and saute. Add Capsicum, zucchini and Spinach, Cook till all the vegetables becomes soft. Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
  • STEP 4.In a mixing bowl, add the cooked quinoa, sauteed veggies, Lemon Juice, Roasted Besan, fresh Coriander Black pepper powder, red chili flakes, Salt. Mix everything properly. Taste the salt and spices and adjust according to taste. Make Quinoa Patty with the help of palms. Heat a tawa with some oil. Add the Spinach Quinoa Patty and cook it on both the sides till becomes evenly brown. Transfer the Spinach Quinoa Patty into a plate.
  • STEP 5.Cabbage Salad Onion (Chopped), Tomatoes (Chopped), Green Coriander (Chopped),Cucumber (Chopped),Cabbage ( Chopped), Sunflower seeds (Roasted),Salted Peanut,Roasted Walnuts,Black Pepper Powder,Lemon Juice Pizza Seasoning,Honey,Mustard Sauce, Olive oil, Rock Salt (as needed) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cabbage Salad is ready
  • STEP 6.I have kneaded the dough with milk so that the rotis become soft. Roll out thin Roti.
  • STEP 7.Take a Roti .Lay It out on a plate. Take a knife and make a cut from the middle of the roti down to the edge.The roti being divided up into four quarters. Place a Spinach Quinoa Patties, Salad, Nachos, Salsa dip into each quadrant.
  • STEP 8.Fold the wrap up, starting from the bottom left quarter, folding it up over the top left, then folding it over to the top right, then folding it down to the bottom right.
  • STEP 9.Grill in a pan over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy, flipping once, about 3-4 minutes per side.
