Ingredients for Tikhi sev Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Besan
  • 3/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp asafoitida
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 g 1 pinch Baking
  • as required Oil for frying
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Tikhi Sev Recipe

  • STEP 1.In chickpea flour or besan mix all dry ingrediants.
  • STEP 2.Then add water little by little to a flowing consistency but it snhould be thick enough. Lastly add a pinch of baking soda nd mix it again.
  • STEP 3.Then take shev machine. Use shev plate as per your choice like thick, thin.
  • STEP 4.Deep fry sev on a medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Take out on kitchen tissue and cool down it and store in container
