Tikhat mithcha sheera Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Tikhat mithacha sheera, which literally means salty halva or sheera or masaledar upma, is a traditional maharashtrian breakfast, which is little different from south indian upma. In this preparation we don't use sugar, but use turmeric and red chilli powder, which gives it a unique beautiful golden colour .we use tender coconut while cooking, altogether makes its very yummy . It is very easy to make and good for all ages, do try.
