  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Fermented blackbeans
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 12 Tiger prawns Nos
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Tiger Prawn Stir Fry Cantonese Style Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.shell and devein 12 tiger prawns. Wash them under cold running water.

step 2

  • STEP 1.drain off the water thoroughly.

step 3

  • STEP 1.preheat a pan at medium heat and add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp sliced ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp fermented black beans.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add the prawns to the pan and stir fry for 30 seconds and add ¼ tsp salt.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add 1 cup sliced onions, ½ cup sliced green onions and toss all the ingredients together. Do not overcook the prawns.

step 6

  • STEP 1.turn off the heat and serve hot.
