  • 15 gram garlic cloves
  • 30 gram ginger
  • 50 milliliter shaoxing wine
  • 50 milliliter light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maltose
  • 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • As required Holy basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

How to Make Three Cup Chicken Recipe

STEP 01

Cut chillies into pieces

add sesame oil in a pot & heat it

add ginger, garlic & saute it

now place the chicken pieces with the skin facing down and turn them over once brown in colour.
