  • 400 gram chicken meat
  • 50 milliliter sesame oil
  • 15 gram garlic cloves
  • 30 gram Ginger
  • 50 milliliter shaoxing wine
  • 50 milliliter light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maltose
  • 1 Nos fresh chilli peppers
  • As required Holy basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Cut chillies into small pieces.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Add sesame oil to a pot & heat it.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger, garlic & saute it.
  • STEP 3.Now place the chicken pieces with the skin facing down and turn them over once brown in colour.
  • STEP 4.Then add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce followed by maltose, sugar and chopped chillies.
  • STEP 5.Cook it at low flame until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Now turn off the flame and add fresh basil and mix well.
