Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
