  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Egg, Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the banana stem into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil the chopped banana stem in water with a pinch of salt until tender.
  • STEP 3.Drain the water and let the banana stem cool.
  • STEP 4.In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked banana stem, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Mix well to form a thick mixture.
