Add ½ cup of lukewarm water little by little into the mix and form a medium consistency batter. Keep aside the batter for ½ hour with a wrapper.

Dip into the pan little bit of batter each to form small balls. Stir fry till the balls are golden brown.
Transfer the fried balls into a serving plate. Drizzle the honey syrup over the balls and serve hot.
