  • 0.06 cup Milk
  • 1/25-0.08 cup Minced fresh parsley
  • 0.33 Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.33 teaspoon Onion powder, see note to use fresh onions
  • 0.17 teaspoon 3 garlic cloves, finely minced garlic powder
  • 0.17 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt, i use coarse, kosher salt use slightly less for table salt
  • 0.08 teaspoon Black pepper, i use coarse black pepper use slightly less for finely ground
  • 0.33 pound Ground meat, i use 1/2 ground beef/half ground pork see note
  • 0.11 cup Ketchup or bbq sauce, or a combination
  • 0.33 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 0.33 tablespoon Apple cider or red wine vinegar
