Thavala Dosa is a popular South Indian dish made from a fermented batter of rice and lentils. It is a crispy and flavorful pancake that is typically served for breakfast or as a snack. Thavala Dosa is known for its unique texture and taste, with a slightly sour and tangy flavor. It is usually accompanied by coconut chutney and sambar, a lentil-based vegetable stew. This dish requires some advance preparation due to the fermentation process, but the end result is well worth the effort.
