Ingredients for Thatte Idli Recipe

  • 1 cup Rice rava
  • 0.33 cup Chana dal
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil for cooking
  • 3 cup Water

Directions: Thatte Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl of rice Rava, at the medium flame on a thick pan, add 3 cups of water.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, chana dal, oil and close the lid and make a boil.  keep mixing and add the bowl of rice rava. Keep mixing for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Mix till it becomes soft. Stir continuously. Turn off the heat when it becomes soft.
  • STEP 4.Use water and make small balls using your hands.
  • STEP 5.Serve with hot ghee and mango curry.
