Ingredients for Thakkali halwa / tomato halwa Recipe

  • 3 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Dryfruit powder
  • 1 tbsp Grated almond

Directions: Thakkali Halwa / Tomato Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the top of tomatoes,then cut tomatoes to half,scoop it from inside,now chopp tomatoes finely
  • STEP 2.Then heat ghee ,saute this tomatoes till they are soft
  • STEP 3.Now add sugar,stir on low flame till water of sugar burns
  • STEP 4.Now add khoya, cardamom powder ,drufruit powder,stir toll tomato halwa leaves sides of pan
  • STEP 5.Now switch off the flame serve rhis halwa in a serving plate with garnish of almond flakes
