Ingredients for Thakkali halwa / tomato halwa Recipe
3 Pieces Tomato
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Khoya
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 cup Ghee
1 tbsp Dryfruit powder
1 tbsp Grated almond
Directions: Thakkali Halwa / Tomato Halwa Recipe
STEP 1.Cut the top of tomatoes,then cut tomatoes to half,scoop it from inside,now chopp tomatoes finely
STEP 2.Then heat ghee ,saute this tomatoes till they are soft
STEP 3.Now add sugar,stir on low flame till water of sugar burns
STEP 4.Now add khoya, cardamom powder ,drufruit powder,stir toll tomato halwa leaves sides of pan
STEP 5.Now switch off the flame serve rhis halwa in a serving plate with garnish of almond flakes
