  • 1/4 cup Thai tea leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1.50 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur such as Bailey’s
  • As required Optional Topping
  • 3 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoon evaporated milk

  • STEP 1.Heat light whipping cream in an exceedingly tiny pot over medium heat while stirring it occasionally. Add in some tea leaves and a pinch of salt to it and continue to heat until the cream boils.
