  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl, soak the tamarind pulp in warm water for 10 minutes. Strain the pulp and discard the solids, keeping the tamarind water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
