  • 3/4 tablespoon toasted sesame oil or sesame oil
  • 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders or breasts cut into strips
  • 2 ounce vermicelli rice noodles
  • 3/4 ears corn grilled or roasted, kernels removed from the cob
  • 1/2 Persian cucumber or 1 regular cucumber chopped
  • 0.13 cup fresh basil roughly torn or chopped
  • 0.06 cup fresh mint chopped
  • 0.13 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • 0.13 a small seedless watermelon cut into triangles
