  • 3.50 ounce Rice noodles also known as ban pho
  • 4 ounce Beef top sirloin or flank steak, sliced across the grain
  • 1 Large Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Red finger hot chili cut into fine rings
  • 1/2 inch Cup green onions cut into s
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts rinsed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Roasted peanuts pretty finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1.50 tablespoon Vegetable oil in all
  • 1/2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce or thai thin soy sauce if you have it
  • 1 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1/4 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Thai thin soy sauce if you can't find thai thin soy go with what you have
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce don't fear the fish sauce. never fear the fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 3/4 tablespoon Brown sugar
