A turkish recipe prepared in clay pot is a combination of chicken, onion, bell pepper, tomato, green chillies and seasoning ingredients.Easy and quick recipe.Taste is also good.Spicy and salty in taste.Made with many ingredients.
STEP 1.Cut chicken fillets into cubes then wash & pat dry.
STEP 2.In a bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,onion,colored bell pepper,garlic,green chilies,cumin seeds,paprika powder,dried thyme,black pepper crushed,salt,fresh basil leaves,tomato paste,sufi oil and blend well.
STEP 3.Dip clay pot or handi in water for 1-2 hours.
STEP 4.In a clay pot,add chicken+vegetable mixture,butter and bay leaves.
STEP 5.Wet clay pot with water and place rolled dough,seal properly and prick with a skewer.
STEP 6.Bake a preheated kitchen appliance at two hundred c for one hour.
STEP 7.Remove bay leaves & serve!
