How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and add 500 gm chicken breasts. fry for 5 minutes on each side until golden.

STEP 01
turn the heat to low, cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes. then turn the pieces of chicken over, cover and cook for another 4 minutes.

STEP 01
next add 100 ml teriyaki sauce, 100 ml honey, 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic and salt to taste. stir together and mix well.

turn the heat to high and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently. turn off the heat and remove the chicken breasts from the pan.

slice the chicken diagonally and arrange them on a serving plate. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
